Berean Bible Study (Location:  Annex - Behind Luther Hall)

Leaders – Various class members sign up to take turns leading this group.

The Berean Bible class consists of women of all ages, who typically choose a book or topic for discussion. Beginning in Sept. 2009, the class started a Women of Faith book dealing with stress.

Freedom Class (Location:  Room 213)

Leader – Steve Groman

The Freedom class consists of both men and women, and is structured as a casual, free-flowing discussion environment. The class began a study of Ephesians in the Fall of 2009.

Men's Kitchen Class (Location:  Good Shepherd Lounge)

Leader – Larry Whiteleather

The Men’s Kitchen Class welcomes men of all ages and walks of life. They approach their study of the Bible from a man’s perspective and examine how it relates to their daily lives as fathers, sons and spouses.

T.G.I.S. (Together Growing in the Spirit) (Location:  Room 112)

Leader – Ruth Whitaker

This class is made up of women of all ages who may tackle an intensive Bible study or a topical issue. Beginning in September 2009, the class topic was Angels.

Bible Basics (Location:  Worship Center)

Leader:  Pastor Tom Lyberg

Fall 2009 - The Bible's Big Story - Learning the basics of the Bible.   Have you ever wondered how the Bible fits together?  What do the stories of Genesis have to do with Jesus and his ministry?  What about the prophets?  How do the letters of Paul shape how we live as a church today?   How do the Old and New Testaments even connect?  Join in the Bible's Big Story, a visual overview fo the Bible to understand God's call to his people from Creation to the Church to the end of time.   Using the same materials as our confirmation class, it is a great opportunity for our parents and mentors to better engage our students in thier studies and talk with them about faith.  The Bible's Big Story is a great introduction for anyone that has been shy about joining a Bible Study - now you can learn the basics in a comfortable and colorful way.

The youth in grades 6 – 8 meet in the Middle School Room in the Community LIfe Center each Sunday. Teachers for this group are Pat Roemer and Larry Grove. Discussion topics will vary.

Confirmation Class

Students who have reached the seventh grade participate in Confirmation classes during the Sunday School hour in the Community LIfe Center.  Using a two year program, students are confirmed in May at the end of their 8th grade year.  Besides the Sunday School time, a small group class meets on Wednesday nights every week during the school year and there is one summer camp experience that is part of the program.
