Growth requires change, and we’re not afraid of it. At Trinity, we believe God is always doing something new in the world around us. Our job is to pay attention, to discern together where the Spirit is leading, and to follow, even when it means stepping into unfamiliar territory.
We won’t let fear or the comfort of the familiar prevent us from living out God’s mission for this congregation. That means investing time in prayer, in scripture, and in honest conversation with one another so that we can see clearly what God is doing and get in step with it.

God is always up to new things. As Isaiah writes, “I (the Lord) am about to do a new thing; now it springs forth, do you not perceive it?” We will look for the new things, and we will adapt accordingly.

MINISTRY TEAMS
The Teams That Keep Trinity Running
These teams handle the operational and administrative work that allows every other ministry to function well. It’s not always visible, but it’s essential. Faithfully managing the resources God has given us is its own form of ministry.
- Property Team
The Property Team cares for the physical space that Trinity calls home. From routine maintenance to larger facility projects, this team makes sure our building is safe, functional, and welcoming for everyone who uses it. Whether you’re handy with tools or just willing to show up and help, this team is always glad to have an extra set of hands.
- Finance Team & Stewardship
Faithful stewardship of the resources God has provided is a serious responsibility, and our Finance Team takes it seriously. This group oversees the financial health of the congregation, supports thoughtful budgeting, and leads our stewardship efforts throughout the year. If you have a background in finance or a heart for responsible resource management, we’d love to connect.
- Admin Team
The Admin Team supports the day-to-day operations of the congregation, helping things run smoothly behind the scenes. From scheduling and coordination to supporting other teams and committees, this group is the organizational backbone of Trinity.
